CAITLYN BOGART

CAITLYN BOGART is a 23-year-old vocalist, music director, and composer/arranger currently based in Glasgow, Scotland.
Caitlyn is a highly versatile musician working at the intersection of jazz, classical, and musical theater genres. She is originally from Dallas, TX, and is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan for Voice & Opera with a minor in Musical Theater Composition. She is currently attending the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland for the MA in Musical Direction programme.
She’s performed in concerts around the United States as a vocalist, including the 4th of July Spectacular Concert with the Santa Rosa Symphony, Detroit Jazz Fest with the UMich Jazz Ensemble, and the 2023 University of Michigan Spring Commencement at the Big House. An actor-muso shes performed and written arrangements & orchestrations for three productions at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (Merrily We Roll Along, Amélie, Cabaret), playing piano, drums, and accordion. She also composed music and performed the Alasdair Cameron Award Winner Best Barre None at Glasgow University.
Music direction/assistant credits include Kill The Boy Band. (Kerrigan/Lowdermilk; workshop), Newsies(Pioneer Theater Guild), Summertime! and Dancing in the Street (Transcendence Theater Co.), Catch Me if You Can and Indecent (University of Michigan). She sang at select performances with Transcendence Theater Co. and received praise from Broadway World San Francisco.
